New In | Cinderella’s Got Her Glass SIipper

ASOS PRAYER Pointed High Heels

I’ve been lusting after a pair of glass-heeled shoes ever since they began trending some time last year. I’ve seen cute, ugly, big and clunky, but when I saw these beauties on a while ago, I was thrilled.

They’re sold out, but and have similar pairs here and here in the same color.

Not only do I love the mint color of these shoes, which screams summer, they’re also my favorite style of shoe, pointed toe, bare in the middle with an ankle strap.

Although not the most versatile color, I think the style of the shoe can easily be dressed up or dressed down.

For example, it can be paired with a black skirt, a white, tailored button up shirt, and simple jewelry. It can also be paired with leopard high-waisted shorts, a black shirt and a colored blazer. Can you say color blocking? It can also be paired with a fun summer dress!

I think the possibilities are many and although the entire shoe is not glass like Cinderella’s, the glass heel ads a touch of class.

I plan on getting a lot of wear out of these shoes this summer.

Until next time,

American Apparel Disco Pant

I posted this video a while back to my YouTube channel, but never shared it on my blog. How could I forget?

Though I think they’re a bit pricey, I love the American Apparel disco pant and in the video below, I show four ways that I style them.

These pants can be purchased here or from here at, where they cost less.

There are a few things that are essential to a wardrobe. A black bag is one of them. It’s timeless and versatile.

I’ve never purchased anything for before, but when I saw this black “metropolitan bag,” I knew it was exactly what I wanted.

A basic black bag has been one of my wardrobe cravings for quite some time now. I wanted something similar to a zara bag and would not settle for something that looked less than chic.

As a gold fanatic, I’m in love with the detailing of this bag and it also comes with a removable strap.

One thing I can say about is that they have some nice, quality bags at reasonable prices.

I can’t wait to pair this with my Zara dupes that you can’t tell me I did not buy from Zara. It’s warming up now (and by warming up I mean it’s almost 40 degrees) so hopefully I can start doing some more outfit posts.  #myfingersstaycrossed
