Yeezy’s on tour. Beyonce’s on tour. Drake’s on tour. This fall/winter season is filled with tour dates.
When I go to concerts I like to be dressed up, but still comfortable so I put together this outfit to inspire you.
I am a black and white fanatic so it’s only natural that I picked out the “Black with love print oversized T-shirt” from riverisland.com. It’s very basic with a touch of chic.
For my birthday, I paired a plain black oversized blouse with denim shorts. Over sized T-shirts go well with shorts, especially for the ladies who like to show a little skin. You can tuck the front of the shirt into the shorts and these “Baja Denim Cut-offs ” from forever21.com do just the trick. If it’s a bit chilly where you are, try wearing a pair of black tights underneath the shorts.
What’s fall without a cute bootie? To finish off the look, I added these black buckled booties from gojane.com. They are a dupe for the Giuseppe Zanotti Open-Toe-Side Buckle Ankle Boot and I absolutely adore them. If you’re going to an outdoor concert, you may want to forgo the heels and opt for some cute flats because heels and grass are like oil and water. They’re not here for each other.
To accessorize, I chose this “Yellow Brick Road Collar Necklace” from baublebar.com (I love that website). The gold in the necklace complements the gold detail on the bootie and it also stands out against the white and black in the T-shirt.
For makeup, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks of all time: the Super Lustrous Creme Lipstick in Berry Haute by Revlon. It’s an exact dupe for Up the Amp by MAC, but for half the price. It also looks good on a variety of skin tones.
Lastly, to darken the outfit a bit, I chose the “CoverGirl Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss” in wine stain. It’s a gorgeous wine color and sure to make your nails look “rich.” Click here to see what it looks like on.
Are you attending any concerts this season?
